SG - Salted Tart Cherry / Chocolate Cookies

As much as you maybe thinking it, these aren't your store-bought oatmeal raisin cookies.

These cookies, are all sorts of indulgent!

Chewy, chocolatey, a little tart, and the spent grain and brown butter combo really bring a lovely nutty depth.  These cookies were the first recipe I made years ago back in Williamsburg, and they still hold the test of time.
