SG - Brownies

There are two camps of brownie lovers. Cakey and Fudgy.

Here at Spent Grain we are the Camp Counselor of team Fudgy.

In our opinion, these brownies are everything you would want in a brownie. Local rye flour and spent grains are a beautiful combo, giving just enough structure. Dark chocolate and dark cocoa get lifted by some espresso powder, and just a bit of our sourdough starter adds extra depth and a little acid to balance the sweetness. All together, it makes a super decadent, very chocolate forward brownie with just the right amount of fudge!

Some say you can only eat one... Challenge accepted.
