Local rye flour and spent grains are a beautiful combo, giving just enough structure. Dark chocolate and dark cocoa get lifted by some espresso powder, and just a bit of our sourdough starter adds extra depth and a little acid to balance the sweetness. All together, it makes a super decadent, very chocolate forward brownie with just the right amount of fudge!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"\u003eSome say you can only eat one...
